My sourdough baking was a success from the 1st attempt. I’ve followed the included instructions and now i’m baking delicious artisan bread for family and friends. I did find that an oval banneton for my round dutch oven wasn’t perfect so i jumped back on the website and bought a round banneton. I’ve also bought a big old rectangular dutch oven but it’s very large and heavy so the YouKnead Sourdough one is next on my list.
