I had wanted to buy one of these bread mats for a long time. First time using it last week and it was amazing. So easy to lift the loaf in and out of the hot pan, and using less paper - so it's a win. Also was easy to clean.
Proof box, this has been working great, keeps starter at same temp, and proving my loaf works so much better, the viewing window make it easy to see how it’s going without having to open. Cheers
